One of the most valuable resources available to IEC Group customers is the Resource Center hotline and email service. The hotline and Resource Center email is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. MST, for assistance with a variety of issues including the following:

Our Resource Center staff prides themselves on providing prompt responses to hotline calls and emails. The live person pick up rate averages over 90%. Calls routed into voicemail and emails are usually responded to within two hours.
