The Great Inquisition of "Why"
Why is it that some individuals and organizations are more successful than others? In fact, successful individuals and organizations may have fewer resources and less opportunity, but they rise to be victorious. There is a continuum from informational, transformational, to inspirational. It is in the latter category, where potential is most closely reached. Most individuals and organizations can tell you "what" they do and some can even express "how" they do it, but few can articulate "why." The "why" is not about profit or increased numbers - those are results. "Why" inspires us and others.
Andy Fujimoto, CEO of AmeriBen/IEC Group, will explorer this concept that will take you beyond informational, to transformational, and ultimately inspirational.
