What is the Annual Management Conference?
It is recognized as one of the region's most outstanding events for business professionals. Organized for the participants' personal enlightenment, development, and enjoyment, it features a unique format spotlighting issues and trends that vitally concern the business community. Traditionally held in the early Fall at the famous Sun Valley resort, this three-day event (the one-day pre-conference and two-day conference) represents a balance of formal learning sessions blended with social activities designed to enhance the total experience for attendees and their registered guests.
In addition to the opportunity to meet and talk with prominent authorities in business and the professions, the conference allows participants to analyze and review key human resources topics and the complex world of benefits for self-insured agencies. Most importantly, this gathering provides an open climate of communication where attendees forge relationships and exchange ideas and solutions.

All the amenities of the resort will be in full swing, with plenty of activities available for the entire family. The challenging 18 hole Sun Valley Golf Course, heated pools and hot tubs, hiking, tennis, bike riding, ice skating, horseback riding, shopping, and sight seeing all contribute to the Sun Valley experience, without the summer and winter crowds. Trout fishing on the world-famous Silver Creek and the Big Wood River is fantastic, too.
