Since 1958, our organization has provided comprehensive human resource services to employers. The development of the Resource Center provided employers consistent access to state-of-the-art human resource expertise at a fraction of the cost of hiring additional staff.
As the changing work environment forces increased attention to employee relations issues, the organization continued to expand its services to meet employer's need and developed bundled services through its Employer's Choice program as well as custom tailored array of Management Consulting offerings.
In 1964 the organization authorized through its Group Board of Directors the creation of our Medical Plan Administration division focusing on claims administration. This was followed by the introduction in 1991 the division of Retirement Plan Administration.
This division provides comprehensive administration of retirement plans. Today our organization known as AmeriBen/IEC Group continues its aggressive growth strategy while fully maintaining our commitment to excellence and award winning integrity.
